Specialist Painting Group Installs Ti220 Insulation System at PepsiCo Fritolay in Tarsus, Turkey to Enhance Energy Efficiency

Specialist Painting Group recently completed the installation of the Ti220 insulation system at PepsiCo Fritolay in Tarsus, Eastern Turkey. This successful project marks a significant milestone, as the Ti220 product range has now received global approval from PepsiCo’s central engineering team.

The Ti220 insulation system, manufactured by EnerTherm, is designed to significantly reduce energy costs across multiple facilities. Through extensive testing and collaboration with EnerTherm, the product’s effectiveness has been proven, leading to its adoption at PepsiCo’s global sites.

At the PepsiCo Tarsus incinerator, a 12 MW burner operates with external surface temperatures reaching between 90°C and 100°C. The application of the Ti220 insulation system is strategically engineered to lower these surface temperatures while also decreasing the site’s annual gas consumption. This installation represents a key step in enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability at PepsiCo’s operations in Turkey and globally.

By utilizing Ti220, PepsiCo is not only improving operational efficiency but also making strides towards reducing its environmental impact.
